(NOAC))\u3002\u6211\u9700\u8981\u505c\u85e5\u55ce\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p>\u6297\u51dd\u8840\u85e5\uff0c\u53c8\u7a31\u300c\u8584\u8840\u85e5\u300d\uff0c\u662f\u964d\u4f4e\u8840\u6db2\u51dd\u56fa\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u85e5\u7269\uff0c \u7528\u65bc\u6e1b\u4f4e\u4e2d\u98a8\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u8840\u6813\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u82e5\u8840\u6db2\u51dd\u8840\u529f\u80fd\u4e0d\u6b63\u5e38\uff0c\u624b\u8853\u4e2d\u548c\u624b\u8853\u5f8c\u6d41\u8840\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u4f46\u670d\u7528\u8584\u8840\u85e5\u7684\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u90fd\u662f\u8eab\u9ad4\u72c0\u6cc1\u5c6c\u65bc\u9ad8\u4e2d\u98a8\u98a8\u96aa\u4eba\u58eb (\u4f8b\u5982\u6709\u5fc3\u623f\u986b\u52d5)\uff0c\u505c\u85e5\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u4e2d\u98a8\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u00a0 \u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u9019\u554f\u984c\u7684\u7b54\u6848\uff0c\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u5e73\u8861\u9019\u5169\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p>\u4e00\u822c\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u61c9\u5426\u505c\u85e5\u548c\u8853\u524d\u505c\u85e5\u591a\u4e45\u8996\u4e4e (1) \u624b\u8853\u8907\u96dc\u6027 (\u6d41\u8840\u7684\u98a8\u96aa)\uff0c(2) \u8584\u8840\u85e5\u7269\u7a2e\u985e \uff0c(3) \u75c5\u4eba\u814e\u529f\u80fd\u6307\u6578 (\u4ee5Creatine Clearance, CrCl, (ml\/min)\u8a08\u7b97)\u3002\u5f8c\u5169\u8005 (2)\u548c(3)\uff0c\u662f\u63a8\u65b7\u6211\u5011\u8eab\u9ad4\u9700\u591a\u4e45\u624d\u80fd\u628a\u9ad4\u5167\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u6210\u5206\u6392\u51fa\u81f3\u4f4e\u6d41\u8840\u98a8\u96aa\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p>\u65b0\u578b\u8584\u8840\u85e5(NOAC)\u6709\u56db\u7a2e &#8212; Dabigatran (Pradaxa\u00ae)\u9054\u6bd4\u52a0\u7fa4\u916f , \u00a0Apixaban (Eliquis\u00ae)\u963f\u54cc\u6c99\u73ed,\u00a0 Edoxaban(Lixiana\u00ae)\u827e\u591a\u6c99\u73ed,\u00a0 Rivaroxaban(Xarelto\u00ae)\u5229\u4f10\u6c99\u73ed\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p>\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662fERHA 2021 \u6839\u64da\u624b\u8853\u6d41\u8840\u98a8\u96aa\u7684\u8853\u524d\u505c\u85e5\u6307\u5f15\uff1a<\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><style>\r\n      table,<br \/> \u53c8\u82e5\u60a8\u814e\u529f\u80fd\u662f 60 ml\/min\uff0c\u90a3\u60a8\u61c9\u5728\u8853\u524d72\u5c0f\u6642\u505c\u85e5\u3002\u82e5\u60a8\u670d\u7528\u7684\u662fApixaban, \u53c8\u82e5\u60a8\u814e\u529f\u80fd\u662f20
